Well...

Nothing new has really been announced.  Sure, steam has it's updates and such, but nothing really major has happened.  In face, i haven't noticed many big updates on any source game (not including the Engineer update for TF2) in the past month.  It looks as if Portal 2 will be releasing on time (February) And the game is going to be sold on most major consoles (e.g. PC, Xbox, and for once, you lowly PS3 players finally get a copy)  The game will be sold from 50-60 dollars.  Valve also says it will be a full game- not just the little two hour arcade game we know and love.  Not only will Portal 2 have a main campaign, but it also will have a co-op mode.  Horah. 

Other games to look into- Halo Reach,  Call of Duty: Black Ops (haters be haters) and Half Life episode three.  (kidding.)  Fallout: New Vegas also looks quite interesting.
